Michael White took home gold in the 400m I.M. at the 2011 AZ Long Course Senior State Championship. His winning time inf finals (4:46.98) was nearly 2 seconds faster than his prelim time (4:48.97). Michael also took 3rd in the 200m fly (2:13.39) and 4th in the 200m I.M. (2:18.07).
