Spring League Championships

Spring League Championship May 15th
Swimmers will compete in four regular season meets to achieve the best times they can in each event. Each swimmer’s best time will be ranked and posted after each meet. The top 24 times at the end of the regular season will qualify to compete at the Spring League Championship meet on May 15th. During the championship meet the top 8 finishers will be recognized and awarded with medals at the conclusion of each event.
Swimmers who competed in any of the four regular spring season meets achieved a time for each event they competed in. Swimmers are then ranked according to their fastest times from those four competitions.
The top 24 swimmers in each event that have RSVP’ed per the directions below will qualify to compete at the championships on Friday 5/15.
ALL SWIMMERS MUST RSVP THEIR INTENT TO SWIM AT THE CHAMIPIONSHIPS VIA EMAIL TO email@example.com BY 5:00PM ON TUESDAY, MAY 12TH.
Anyone who does not RSVP by 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 12th will not be allowed to swim. WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WHO DESIRES TO SWIM TO RSVP, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT RANKED IN THE TOP 24. Lower ranked swimmers could still make the cut due to a lack of RSVP’s from the original top 24.
A list of all qualifiers will be posted on the Rio Swim Club website on Wednesday, May 13th. Those listed will have made the cut to compete.
