There are three groups in the Development Training Program. These groups are designed for those swimmers who are new to the sport, currently developing their skills, or who are only interested in swimming for fun and/or fitness. This program will develop the fundamental skills necessary to be a great swimmer and encourage a love of the water. It can also offer a place for kids to excel in multiple sports and/or other activities without having to drop out of swimming altogether.
