THINGS TO KNOW…

Officials: 
> We pay our officials and are looking for more help. Please contact [email protected] to sign up.

Teams and Spectators:
> Team lane timer assignments will be posted ahead of time, timers should check in at the scratch table
> Teams can set up behind the grandstands or on deck around the warm-up/down pool
> No tents or team in the grandstands or behind the competition tanks
> Ground stakes are NOT permitted, please weight down shade structures with water buckets or barrels 
> No set up before 3 PM on Friday

For Sale on Deck:
> Event apparel and fully stocked swim shop will be on deck all weekend
> Programs will be sold for $25 which includes all final session programs or $5 per session per program
> A very small snack bar with pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and coffee will be sold on deck all weekend

Girls & Boys Competition Tanks:
> All distance events are pre-seeded events, no positive check-in required and no penalty for missing a distance event
> Girls will swim in the 10 lane tank to the east and boys will swim in the 10 lane tank to the west
> The Women’s 15 & Over 400 IM on Saturday and the Women’s 500 free on Sunday will be MOVED to the Boys pool after the conclusion of the Boy’s events on those days to help even out the timelines. 

The Pool…
This pool is home of USA Swimming’s Grand Prix in the past and the Arizona High School State Championships. A very fast pool that will offer two 10 lane competition tanks (swimming top 20 at finals) and an additional 12 lanes of warm-up/warm-down.
