Masters Adult Swim Group



PRE-REGISTER FOR MASTER’S SWIMMING HERE

Our Masters Adult Swim Program is for everyone. Beginners, fitness swimmers, and triathletes are all encouraged to join. Coaches will provide workouts, help improve your technique, and provide some good old-fashioned motivation. Workouts are modified based on your ability so there is no excuse not to join!

Start your day off right with a morning workout or blow off some steam with a workout at the end of the day. So let’s get fit, reduce stress, and make new friends with other adults just like you!

SAN TAN GILBERT LOCATION
(April through September schedule)

> Mondays and Wednesdays
11:00 – 12:00 PM (no coach)
– Must be able to swim as least 50 yards without stopping

07:15 – 08:15 PM (no coach – 3 open lanes)
– Must be able to swim 50 yards in less than 50 seconds

> Tuesdays and Thursdays
11:00 – 12:00 PM (no coach)
– Must be able to swim as least 50 yards without stopping

07:15 – 08:15 PM (no coach – 2 open lanes)
– Must be able to swim 50 yards in less than :50 seconds

08:00 – 09:00 PM (coached workout for technique)
– All abilities welcome

> Saturday Workouts
07:00 – 08:00 AM (coached workout for technique)
– All abilities welcome

> Morning Workouts (Mon-Fri)
05:30 – 6:30 PM (no coach)
– Must be able to swim at least 750 yards to swim in the mornings

SANTAN TUITION RATES:
– $25 per month for 1x per week
– $40 per month for 2x or more per week
– $25 once annual insurance fee upon enrollment ($35 for a family)

QUEEN CREEK LOCATION (April – October)
– Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:15 – 6:15 AM (coached)
– Saturday 10:00 – 11:30 AM (chalkboard workouts only)

QUEEN CREEK TUITION RATES:
– $25 per month for 1x per week
– $40 per month for 2x per week
– $55 per month for 3x or more per week
– $25 once annual insurance fee upon enrollment ($35 for a family)
